Since Claude Opus 5.5 came out on September 22, 2026, feeds have filled up with videos people say Claude made from one prompt. Spinning product shots. Animated charts. Launch films with a voiceover and captions. Some of them really did come from a single prompt. But most of those prompts are never shared, and the ones that are rarely come with any proof they work a second time.
So we did the unglamorous part. We wrote 12 original video prompts for Claude Code, ran every one from an empty folder to a finished video file, timed each run, and wrote down everything that broke. Then we fixed the prompts.
This tutorial gives you all 12. Under each test video you'll find the prompt, the demo values that made the clip, and what the test run taught us. Before the prompts, you'll set up both video engines and walk through your first run. After them come the tips, fixes, and costs that will save you the most time.
